Energy Nutrition is abundant energy, clarity of mind and
health accessed through the resonance of clean, vibrant food.
It is the best medicine available because what we put into our
mouths strongly determines the daily and long-term quality of
our lives and our spiritual journeys as well.
There are many differing
viewpoints and theories on diet and proper nutrition. I prefer
not to judge any of them but rather incorporate the silver linings
in them all. So while I enjoy the element of fire and eat some
cooked food as well as some meat, I mostly consume a raw, energized
diet. I embrace the power and value behind heat sensitive enzymes
that are the catalysts that help substances combine and break
down in our bodies for our energetic uses and body repair. I
also sprout and ferment many foods in order to combine the numerous
benefits of multicultural living and eating with microbes who
are not our enemies but our friends indeed! And even though there
seems to be a plethora of interesting new-age supplements out
on the market these days, these are not my preference.
Rather,
I promote and teach a more alkaline diet filled with so much
life force that it makes you squeal with tasteful delight because
it fuels you on all levels including your taste buds.
The bottom line is: Eating an energized diet is really about
balance. Most of us struggle with not only knowing what balance
is, but also knowing how to prepare and vitalize our foods for
health enhancing and beautifying effects. My philosophy on food
is simple. Food should be FUN, EASY and DELICIOUS to make.
My training has emphasized the benefits of an energized nutritious
diet and the physiology of digestion and assimilation. I have
lectured nationally and locally on all aspects of our energy
system including methods of gathering and preparing food. I demonstrate
personally and in groups how to sprout, ferment, dehydrate, cook,
juice, and enjoy one of our most profound pleasures in life,
which is good eating that’s good for you.
